Q1. Are you a factory or a trading company?

A:We are factory. There are two factories in China. Quanzhou, Fujian and Wenzhou, Zhejiang. We know the long-term business based on quality control, price, packaging, delivery time, etc.

Q2. How many years is your faucet guaranteed?

 A:We provide 3-5 years quality assurance for brass faucets or shower sets of different quality grades and 1-2 years quality assurance for zinc faucets. If it is determined that any defects were caused by us, the replacement or repair part will be sent in the next order.

Q4. Can your factory print our logo / brand on the product?

A:Our factory can laser print customer's logo on products with customer's permission. The customer needs to provide us with a logo authorization letter so that we can print the customer's logo on the product. If the authorization certificate is not provided, the product is out of the factory, and will not be held responsible for the problems caused by the brand.

Q5. How is your factory's production capacity?

A:We have a complete production line including casting line, machining line, polishing line and assembly line. We can produce up to 60,000 products per month.

Q6. How long is your production time?

A:It depends on your order quantity. It usually takes us 30 to 35 days to receive your deposit. For large orders, we can catch your goods over time.

Q7. How do I get a sample?

A:We are honored to provide you with samples. Samples can be sent by DHL or other international courier you want.

A:our shipping port are usually Yiwu/ Ningbo/ Shanghai Port.

Q9. Can you accept small order?

A: Yes, We understand that it is not easy for you to order big quantity for a new item, so in the beginning we could accept small quantity, to help you open your market step by step.
